    BANNED APPEALS
Please remember that this server receives a high degree of traffic from new members and visitors and that we do our best to ensure that we have a community that lives up to the server standards. We have friendly staff (Moderators and Administrators) so follow our guidelines below and you should be back to playing in no time.

    • YOU DO NOT NEED TO WRITE SOME LONG POST TO BUMP YOUR APPEAL
All you have to do is write the word “bump”. That’s it. You can only bump once a day (every 24 hours). Abuse of this will result in ban appeal deletion and/or a permanent ban.

    • DO NOT POST REPEATEDLY IN OTHER THREADS OR THE CHAT BOX ASKING TO BE UNBANNED
This will also result in ban appeal deletion and/or a permanent ban. If you continue to do this, it could also end up with a ban from the forum itself.

    • BE POLITE AND BRIEF IN YOUR APPEAL
An honest confession increases your chances of returning to the server.

    • INCLUDE YOUR SERVER ACCOUNT NAME (IN-GAME NAME) AND/OR USERNAME SO WE KNOW WHICH PLAYER HAS BEEN BANNED

    • PLEASE USE PROPER GRAMMAR, SPELLING, AND NO SLANG
Remember that a repeat offense severely decreases your chances. Serious offenses have little to no chance of having the ban lifted.

Because this is a public ban appeal, other players are allowed to comment. However, because of recent problems with players getting to into these appeals; new, stricter rules are now being put in place to try to cut down the problems/headache the ban appeals have been lately.
    • ONLY PLAYERS WITH RELEVANT EVIDENCE ARE ALLOWED TO COMMENT ON AN APPEAL
As in pictures of screen shots of the reason for the ban or seeing the event itself. This is a one time post and the player submitting evidence is not allowed to post again unless there is some new legitimate evidence that they themselves are allowed to post themselves.

    • MODERATORS ARE THE ONLY ONES ALLOWED TO NOT FOLLOW THE RULE ABOVE
Since we are the ones who are ultimately deciding the outcome and are the ones with authority on the server, they are allowed a little more freedom in this regard. However, if the Administrators decide that a staff post is inappropriate then actions will be taken against it/them.

    • TRAINEES, AS OF RIGHT NOW, TO FOLLOW THE SAME RULES AS REGULAR PLAYERS WHEN POSTING
If they see a ban appeal is getting out of hand, they are to contact the Administrators immediately. This might change in the future when things calm down and I see how well this works.

    • BAN APPEALS SHOW BE TREATED AS COURT PROCEEDINGS
So a player submitting evidence needs to understand that lecturing, telling banned players that their ban appeal is wrong, or yelling at other players entirely are not going to be allowed. The Moderators are judge of the evidence and if they don’t think its valid evidence or if things get out of hand, you need to listen to them.

    • IF THINGS HAVE BEEN DEEMED OUT OF HAND, SEVERAL THINGS WILL HAPPEN
All offending posts will be deleted and actions will be taken in game as well. Such as smiting, burning, killing, demotion, and possible ban if things go too far. Any back talking to the Moderators will also result in the same thing. Take your punishment like an adult and just don’t repeat what caused it.

Character evaluations, as of right now, will not be allowed unless it is from the Administrators. People thus far, have been unable to handle this like adults, so the privilege is revoked. If you would like to submit a character evaluation, give it to the Administrators, since they will most likely be deciding the outcome of the ban appeal.
